Give Jane a raise, please

As someone whose job includes email customer service, I think Jane deserves a raise and an office party. And that spider should go on a button as a symbol for patience in the email customer service world. Oh, no, better not do that or David will request royalties. :)

The story gets even more weird if you read the other links related to the main story. And yes - Jane does deserve a HUUUGE raise. That or a big can of "email bug spray." No wonder I'm not a customer service kinda' gal!!!
